Our commitment to you is such that we offer this unconditional guarantee of service. No ifs, no buts, no excuses . . . we ask only that you give us just 48 hours to remedy any problem you have with us. After 48 hours, if we do not fix the problem to your satisfaction we agree to cancel our agency agreement on the spot. Reid Real Estate hereby guarantees that pursuant to the exclusive agency agreement dated

(address) that should the seller be unhappy with Reid Real Estates performance at any time during the period of the agency agreement the seller shall give Reid Real Estate 48 hours to remedy the problem, then after 48 hours, should the problem not be remedied to the seller's satisfaction, the seller may cancel the agency agreement forthwith.
