Preliminary results show 56 commercial auctions over the week ending 13 November, with a clearance rate of 55.4 per cent. In comparison, over the previous week, 22 commercial auction results were reported and the clearance rate was 45.5 per cent. At the same time last year, 49 results were reported with a clearance rate of 59.2 per cent. The most recent four weeks of activity shows that 281 commercial properties have been taken to auction, with 154 sales recorded. The total value of the successfully auctioned properties was just over $332.2 million, based on 125 sales having been reported with a sale price.
