After a terrible experience with a property manager company who managed our property based on what is easier/less time consuming for them, but at a high cost to the landlord, I drilled Karen into her processes, contractors she uses, communications, and all sorts of property managing scenarios. She came out with flying colours. I needed someone I can trust, someone who is not young and inexperienced in the industry, who is passionate about property management and has confidence with talking on the phone rather than relying on email 100% of the time.
